I discovered my love for music at a young age. Growing up in Sitka Alaska I was involved with high school band and some school friends, and I started a band. When I moved down to Washington I got involved with a local church and started playing on the music team. I also joined a local band and started taking guitar lesson to improve my skills. In 2005 I wanted to start recording and cataloging my original music. I purchased recording equipment and began to teach myself audio engineering through book, online forums, trial and error, YouTube videos and talking to other engineers.
In 2008 I started Rabbit Hole Recording Studios in Poulsbo out of the attic in my house. Since that time, I’ve recorded, preformed on, engineered, and produced several local, national, and international artists. Some of the audio I’ve recorded and mixed have been featured on television, Netflix, and animated series. The studio has hosted live stream events utilizing multiple cameras set up with live and pre-recorded audio.
I spent 10 years with North Kitsap Baptist church as the music director. I was able to improve my live sound abilities. The facility hosted weekly music services, special events, musical guests, local bands, choir and vocal groups, and guest speakers. I have also been managing the weekly live stream events for the church.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to use my audio skills to bring a enjoyable live performance to the Port Ludlow community.
