My husband Bill and I moved to Port Ludlow from Houston, Texas in 2013 after the number of our grandchildren in this area grew to six and we decided that visiting them periodically just wasn't enough. We had been traveling to this area for many years and would occasionally drive out to Port Ludlow to admire its beauty. It was an easy decision to settle here.

We both grew up in the Chicago area and retired together after 30 years from careers with an oil company, most of which were spent in Chicago or Houston. Shortly after moving here, we answered the call for volunteerism and have been involved steadily in various committees in our neighborhood of Olympic Terrace, South Bay, and Village Council.

When not 'grandkidding', I enjoy travel, exercise, friendships, reading, walking, and cooking. I am a retired skier, scuba diver and golfer. My taste in music gravitates toward Latin sounds (probably because I was born in Argentina), show tunes, jazz, and country and western. We have subscribed to PLPA for as long as we've lived here and have periodically volunteered to help in various capacities.

Music is frequently playing in our house, we even have a speaker in the bathroom, so it's natural to want to contribute to the effort of bringing good music to our community.
